Birth Certificate:
Please note that the embassy in Canberra does not issue birth certificate, which has been replaced by the national ID certificate, the birth certificate are issued once in a lifetime and the national ID certificate can issued by the General Administration of the Civil Registry in Sudan or one of its offices in some Sudanese embassies abroad (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, UAE, China...).
The embassy issues birth certificates for new born children only.
Requirements:
Copy of Australian Birth Certificate.
A letter addressed to the embassy to obtain a Sudanese birth certificate.
Parents' marriage certificate.
Copy of Parents Sudanese Passport or National Number.
Attach return envelope (Prepaid) with full address to send the documents back.
We advice to get tracking number for the envelope.
