Emergency Travel Document

​​Any request that is not completed will be rejected.​

Please attached all requested documents together and send it at once.

The embassy issues the emergency travel document for the Sudanese citizen in cases of emergency, and it expires upon arrival at Khartoum airport.

Important Notice

In case of passport lost, please attach report of lost Passport

Issued by the Australian or New Zealand police

Requirements:

  • A letter of request addressed to the Head of mission.

  • Copy of Sudanese documents (Passport, Certificate of citizenship, National identification number certificate or card).

  • ​Two photos (passport size).

  • ​A copy of the confirmed airline ticket.

  • Attach return envelope (Prepaid) with full address to send the documents back.

We advice to get tracking number for the envelope.

  Payment can be made by:

1- Bank transfer to the consular services account (not including bank fees)

(Please indicate the name of the applicant and the consular service in the transfer and send the payment receipt to the email cs@sudanicanberra.com).

2- Australia Post Money Order addressed to the Embassy of Sudan.
(Not including postal fees) with the name of the applicant and the consular service, or attaching a copy of the submitted application.

 

 

Important Notice:

Must travel to the Sudan within a month of the date of issue.

Please check with your airline agency to ensure that this travel document is accepted before booking your ticket.

Direct travel routes to Sudan are recommended.
