Documents Authentication

General Authentication:

  • All documents issued by the competent authorities in Sudan must be authenticated by the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs before sending them to the embassy for authentication.

  • All documents issued by the competent authorities in Australia or New Zealand must first be authenticated by the Australian or New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then sent to the embassy for authentication.

  • All documents issued by countries other than Sudan or Australia and New Zealand must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in that country.

 

Fee: $250 AUD.

Please note that all fees are nonrefundable.

 

Commercial Authentication:

 

  • All Commercial documents issued by the competent authorities in Sudan must be authenticated by the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs before sending them to the embassy for authentication.

  • All Commercial documents issued by the competent authorities in Australia or New Zealand must first be authenticated by the Australian or New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then sent to the embassy for authentication.

  • All Commercial documents issued by countries other than Sudan or Australia and New Zealand must be authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in that country

Or send the documents by mail, attaching a return envelope (prepaid) with the full address to send the documents back.

 

We advice to get tracking number for the envelope.

Payment can be made by:

1- Bank transfer to the consular services account (not including bank fees)

(Please indicate the name of the applicant and the consular service in the transfer and send the payment receipt to the email cs@sudanicanberra.com).

2- Australia Post Money Order addressed to the Embassy of Sudan.
(Not including postal fees) with the name of the applicant and the consular service, or attaching a copy of the submitted application.
