The Embassy issue the power of attorney (Tawkeel) or Affidavit upon request, you are kindly requested to ensure that the required form is sent with its details accurately in a statutory declaration ( https://www.ag.gov.au/legal-system/publications/commonwealth-statutory-declaration-form ) approved and signed in front of a legal authority (in case that it is not possible to personally attend to the embassy), then send all documents by post.

Personal attendance of the applicant or send the requirements as above.
Copy of Valid Sudanese documents (Passport or National ID Card).
The required form with its details accurately for the power of attorney or Affidavit.
Attach return envelope (Prepaid) with full address to send the documents back.
Fee: $ 150 AUD
