Power of Attorney (Tawkeel) and Affidavit
Any request that is not completed will be rejected.
Please attached all requested documents together and send it at once.
The embassy issue the power of attorney (Tawkeel) or Affidavit upon request, you are kindly requested to ensure that the required form is sent with its details accurately in a statutory declaration ( https://www.ag.gov.au/legal-system/publications/commonwealth-statutory-declaration-form ) approved and signed in front of a legal authority (in case that it is not possible to personally attend to the embassy), then send all documents by post.
Requirements:

Personal attendance of the applicant or send the requirements as above.

Copy of Sudanese documents (Passport, Certificate of citizenship, National ID).

The required form with its details accurately for the power of attorney or Affidavit.

Attach return envelope (Prepaid) with full address to send the documents back.
We advice to get tracking number for the envelope.
